George Tikijian began his commercial real estate career in 1984 with CB Richard Ellis and since then has specialized exclusively in the sale of apartment communities in the Midwest. In 1988 he earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Over the following years George received many prestigious accolades including being named Top Producer at CBRE for 17 consecutive years. In 2005 George formed Tikijian Associates, which has become the premier Indiana apartment brokerage firm – selling more apartment communities in the state than any other firm.
As Principal and Senior Managing Director of Tikijian Associates, George oversees all facets of the multifamily advisory, valuation and transaction processes. He is well known for his unparalleled market knowledge and is a keynote speaker at the Indiana Apartment Association’s Annual Industry Outlook. In addition, he is often a guest speaker at industry events and has been quoted in countless market publications.
George serves as Chair of the Advisory Board of the Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC). He also sits on the boards of the Indiana Apartment Association, PNC Bank Community Development Advisory Board and Indiana University Kelley School Dean’s Council.
George is a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a degree in Finance. He and his wife reside in Zionsville and have three grown children.
Hannah Ott began her commercial real estate career in 2001 in South Florida at Realty World Commercial (now Capital Commercial). She was the Top Sales Broker in 2002 at Realty World Commercial among 20+ experienced brokers her first full year as a broker. From 2003 to 2008 Hannah was a broker in the Memphis, TN metro area at Crye-Leike Commercial where she was regularly ranked in the top 10% for overall business production amongst the company’s more than 1,000 brokers. Hannah joined Tikijian Associates in 2008 and became a partner in the firm in 2014.
At Tikijian Associates Hannah focuses on business development, property analysis and valuation, marketing of properties and overall team management.
As an active member of the Indiana Apartment Association Hannah has co-chaired the Membership Committee since 2013 and been a speaker at the annual Indiana Apartment Market Overview. She earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2011. Hannah is married with two sons and resides in Fishers, IN.

Duke has been a commercial broker since 1989. Prior to joining Tikijian Associates, Duke headed the commercial brokerage and property management division of Barrett & Stokely, Inc., a well-known Indianapolis real estate firm founded in 1976. Since joining Tikijian Associates at its founding in 2005, Duke has been involved in the sale of over 40,000 units totaling in excess of $1.5 Billion.
Duke’s responsibilities at Tikijian Associates include property and market research; the marketing of properties; the coordination of due diligence and closing matters; and the review of contracts and other legal documentation. Since 2005 Duke and Tikijian Associates have served as the Independent Mulitifamily Broker for the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA), charged with the valuation and marketing of Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties under the “Qualified Contract” process established by Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Duke graduated from DePauw University in 1973 and the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis in 1976. Duke practiced law for several years prior to entering the real estate profession and remains a licensed member of the Indiana State Bar.
 John Baker began his commercial real estate career with Simon Property Group in 2008. From 2010 to 2015 John was a broker with Sitehawk Retail Real Estate (acquired by CB Richard Ellis in 2015) providing landlord and tenant representation in shopping center leasing and sales across the state of Indiana. In 2015, John re-join Simon Property Group to provide analysis and strategy implementation for major tenant accounts and at-risk retailers across the Simon Malls, Mills and Premium Outlets portfolios.
John joined Tikijian Associates in 2016 to focus his efforts on business development (primarily outside of the Indianapolis MSA), property analysis and valuation as well as marketing of properties.
John graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2008 where he majored in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate; he received a minor in Psychology. He will be married this Fall and he and his future wife will reside in Indianapolis, IN.

Kimberly Fetzer has been involved with commercial real estate since 2000 where she began her career at CBRE. During her time at CBRE Kim served first as Marketing Specialist and later as Financial Analyst. Kim has been an integral part of the team at Tikijian Associates since the inception of the company in 2005. As a veteran of the industry with a wealth of diverse experience, she has a broad and unique knowledge of both the marketing and financial analysis of multifamily properties.
At Tikijian Associates Kim focuses on financial analysis and research, due diligence coordination and transaction management.
Kim graduated Summa Cum Laude from Marian University in 2000 where she studied business and finance. She is married with one daughter and resides in Indianapolis.

Christine Nealis began her commercial real estate career in 2010 at Tikijian Associates.
At Tikijian Associates Christine focuses on marketing including: the layout, composition and distribution of all marketing materials, including computer-based and print media, maintenance of the company's website, social media and extensive property investor database.
Christine graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2007 where she majored in Marketing and minored in Dance. She is married with two sons and resides in Anderson, IN.
